Welcome and introductions by Louise crane Principal Environmental officer

NB This is a zoom meeting kindly note you are required to register your attendance prior to the meeting and will then receive a link to join the meeting at 2pm.

The Department for Levelling up has unfortunately informed us that they will not be able to attend this meeting as there is now an intense period of briefing for the new Housing Minister.

Sue will provide legislative updates for landlords on key areas.

4. Louise Crane HMO Additional licensing

Louise will give a 'heads up' to landlords that additional licensing is on the horizon. She will highlight that that there will be further engagement and events once the consultation commences. 

5. Liz reed Housing Standards and Delivery Manager and Sue Bryer will Close and give out any notices .
