Goodlord survey offers members the chance to talk and win

Lettings platform and Safe2 partner Goodlord has launched its  annual survey on the private rented sector (PRS).

Data collected will be used as the basis for its State of the Lettings Industry report, which is now in its eighth year and is asking landlords how legislation such as the Renters’ Right Bill and the proposed changes to minimum energy efficiency standards (MEES) is affecting their property plans.

You can access the survey here.

It should take no more than 10 minutes to fill out, with a closing date of 4th August.

Last year’s report, which was based on the views of more than 1,500 landlords, agents, and tenants, found the pressure on the private rented sector was growing and there was now a need for innovative solutions.

All those that complete the survey will be entered into a prize draw, with five £100 Amazon vouchers up for grabs.
