Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Safe2uesday competition is open to all customers who have an active Safe2 account. Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry and must reside in the UK.

2. Competition Period: The competition will take place on Tuesday, 10th December 2024. Entries will be accepted between 00:00 and 23:59 GMT on this date.

3. How to Enter: To enter the competition, participants must log in to their Safe2 account on Tuesday, 10th December 2024. Only one entry per customer will be counted.

4. Prize: One (1) prize winner will receive a £250 Amazon.co.uk gift card. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Winner selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries received during the competition period. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days after the competition closes.

6. Claiming the Prize: The winner must claim their prize by responding to the email within 7 days. If the winner does not claim their prize within this period, the prize will be forfeited, and al alternate winner will be selected. 

7. Data Protection: By entering the competition, participants consent to Safe2 processing their personal data for the purpose of administering the competition and awarding the prize. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where necessary to fulfil the prize. 

8. Publicity: The winner may be required to take part in publicity related to the competition, including the use of their name and likeness in marketing materials. 

9. General Conditions: Safe2 reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions. Safe2 reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time without notice. The decision of Safe2 in all matters relating to the competition is final. 

10. Liability: Safe2 is not responsible for any technical issues, network failures, or any other problems that may prevent participation or result in the loss of an entry. 

11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
