I have worked in the property industry for over 20 years, working for both small independent lettings agents to large corporate organisations. I have knowledge in both lettings and property management having gained my ARLA qualification 3 months into starting my first job in the property industry. Prior to this, I worked in the banking industry after gaining a degree in business and Law. In my spare time, I love to bake and when the weather allows, I like gardening.

I have worked in the property industry for over years, starting as a trainee property manager in 2017 and working my way up to senior by 2019. I have been involved in a range of aspects of property including building management, compliance, section notices, court proceedings, lettings and reactive maintenance to name a few. I love the challenge that property brings, the fact no day is the same, and the satisfaction of problem solving. My previous property knowledge and my training with the NRLA have ensured I am equipped with the knowledge to help our members to the best of my ability. I love my role as a Landlord support advisor, and it gives me so much opportunity to help our members (and sometimes have a good chat)

I’ve worked at the NRLA as a landlord advisor since 2023 and previously I have worked in various lettings agencies over the last 8 years, as both a lettings consultant and property manager. I’ve also worked as a criminal record check administrator and a photographer. I have always enjoyed working within customer facing roles and when I started my career in property as a junior negotiator, I knew that this was a sector I wanted to progress in and completed the ARLA Level 3 within 6 months. Within this role, I am constantly learning and regularly attend additional training courses and I am currently studying the Level 3 Certificate in Managing Property and Residential Lettings. When I’m not at work, in my spare time I really enjoy going to see live music and photography, which I’m lucky enough to be to combine the two and write for an online blog. As well as long walks and the occasional coffee shop with my dog Maszi, I also volunteer for a local charity helping support people with endometriosis.
